I have never had more fun building a house. The entire experience has been worry-free, largely due to the fact that the Aspen Windmiller team puts in the hard work upfront on listening, planning, and budgeting.

Its allowed me to enjoy the journey while having confidence that the team is taking care of things. The Aspen Windmiller team has also acted as creative design consultants to me – adding personal touches to make my home authentically, uniquely mine with ideas that I would not have thought of on my own.

Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. The process was completely painless and there were no surprises along the way.

We custom built our home with Aspen Homes approximately 15 years ago. Still to this day, we love living in our home. The quality of the construction is second to none. When we host out of town guests, they often point out how well our home is built and wish they could see this kind of quality where they live. The construction process was seamless and timely. Follow up is huge when building a home, and they were attentive to every single punch list item. When Aspen Homes returned years later to build an office addition to our home, along with basement and living room upgrades and renovations, the craftmanship and other elements were the same superior quality. They don’t cut corners and settle for mediocrity. We have seen items removed and replaced during the building process so that the quality was not compromised. In our opinion, Aspen is the most exceptional builder in town, and always has been.

We built with Aspen in 2015. I loved that they had a calendar of when all the work would be done on our house. We always knew who was working on the house and how long they would be there. We came in on time with no complications. I love a good plan and Aspen made it so easy and was so efficient. We were in our new home faster than we imagined.
